Service Description

Join us and relax in a welcoming and safe space with your baby or toddler, where you can explore sensory activities aimed at encouraging learning and development. A variety of free-play options and sensory activities, aimed at children from 0 to around 3 years will allow babies and children to explore at their own pace, but with the flexibility of guided sensory activities to keep the little ones engaged. You can drop in at any time from 10am until noon, and enjoy a coffee/tea and a biscuit or two! Meet other parents and share the ups and downs of life with a little one, while allowing your young child to explore in a safe environment. These sessions are hosted by Angie Borzychowski, a Perinatal Support Specialist, with qualifications in childbirth education, breastfeeding support and holistic infant sleep coaching. Angie is the founder of The Village and is also experienced in leading sensory classes and creative events. So, even if your little one is too young to get the most out of all of the activities available, you can still join in to connect with other parents, chat to Angie, or just sit in a safe space to snuggle your baby (with someone on hand to prepare your coffee or tea for you!). ;) The goal of these events is to help foster community and connection amongst international families, helping all of us to find our village. Sensory Garden operates as a 'pay what you want' service. If you enjoy your time with us, you are welcome to contribute something towards the running costs of The Village by cash or Twint during your visit.
