Infant Sleep Clinic

We are thrilled to announce a new Infant Sleep Clinic at The Village, supported by Macarena, a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Macarena is the amazing woman behind Macarena Sleep (www.macarenasleep.com) and will join Angie from Newborn Mums (www.newbornmums.com), a Holistic Infant Sleep Coach, to support families who are struggling to get through the nights (and days!). During our clinic, you will be able to learning about normal, biological infant sleep, as well as tips and tricks for making sleep easier on the whole family. While noting the importance of responding to our baby's needs, we will also acknowledge the challenges that this can create for parents and discuss ways to ease the burden. Although this is a group session, you will have the opportunity to share your own stories, struggles and strategies and explore ways to better support yours and your baby's sleep needs.
