Baby Care and Breastfeeding Café

Join us for a friendly and welcoming new parents' group, where you can connect with others, while accessing group-based breastfeeding and infant care support in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Parents and their babies are invited to join with specific feeding or baby care queries, or simply to connect with others and share their experiences of early parenthood. The Café is supported by Angie Borzychowski, a breastfeeding counsellor, holistic infant sleep coach and postnatal group facilitator, trained by the National Childbirth Trust (NCT, UK). Peer supporters will also join to support the group by sharing their own experiences and helping parents work through questions or concerns. Parents-to-be are also welcome to join in for discussions and to start building an understanding of the infant feeding experience.
