Looking for somewhere with a calming and welcoming atmosphere, a comfortable lounge, a safe and clean play space, plus a well-equipped kitchen for your next private party or event?! Well, you've found it at The Village, Zurich! At The Village, we work hard to maintain a comfortable and inviting space for families with children of all ages, as well as everyone in between. Join us to celebrate your baby's first birthday, a toddler party or your bigger kiddo's special day. We have plenty of toys, games, crafts, tables, chairs and a place to keep your cake cool and fresh until it's time to blow out the candles! Birthday party rental is available during weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends, when the venue isn't otherwise in use. Use the 'request to book' form to see if your preferred date and time are available. Time slots vary from 2.5 hours to 5.5 hours (including set up and clean up time) and when booking, select the time you would wish your booking window to begin. Private venue rental costs 75 CHF per hour, but includes an additional 30 minutes of time for set up and clean up, which you don't need to pay for. The venue is well equipped with tables and chairs for adults as well as for children, and use of the coffee/tea station is included, with various coffee and tea flavours provided, including decaf. Milk, oat milk, sugar and sweetener are provided, along with water and a soda stream for sparkling water. Families are expected to tidy up after themselves following their booking. Once you have requested your specific date and time, we will reply to you within 24 hours to confirm that the space is available and request advance payment by invoice. Bookings are non-refundable, but date change (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness) is permitted, subject to availability.
